Teaching ServiceChester Hill High School is a comprehensive, co–educational secondary school situated in South Western Sydney and is part of the Auburn Schools Educational Network. The school encompasses an Intensive English Centre. Chester Hill High School has a current student enrolment of 1215. The school is culturally diverse with 92% of students possessing a language background other than English. Chester Hill High School has 145 refugee or refugee–like students and 14 students with an Aboriginal background. The FOEI of the school is 165.
Capacity to lead the whole school wellbeing team strategically and collaboratively in the development and delivery of innovative whole school wellbeing programs that cater for a diverse range of student learning and wellbeing needs.
Demonstrated capacity to lead innovative whole school wellbeing programs to ensure that students connect, thrive and succeed.
High level interpersonal and organisational skills with demonstrated ability to establish productive partnerships with students, parents, staff and external agencies to support the complex needs of individual students.

This is an Above Centrally Identified permanent teacher position established through school funds. The successful candidate’s continued appointment to this position will be subject to the continuity of this funding, the ongoing requirement for the role and the educational needs of the school.
