Anthony Millard Consulting are proud to be leading the search for the next Head of Newbridge Preparatory School, a vibrant and academically strong independent Prep school in the Midlands.

The Board of Directors are looking to appoint a current or aspiring Head who will develop and build upon the strong school community and ensure the school’s values are to the fore by recognising each pupil’s capabilities through nurturing their talents and valuing their individuality.

A key part of Newbridge is the rounded development and excellent support for extracurricular at primary level. The Head must be someone who values a holistic education. The Board are looking for:

●       an inspirational and ambitious school leader, committed to the development of the school and its smooth running,

 ●       someone who can guide, inspire and encourage staff, pupils and the whole Newbridge community, and

 ●       someone to continue pursuing the high academic standards and creating of culture that enables each child to develop a strong love of learning, whatever their individual strengths may be.
