Hours: 20 hours a week, 40 weeks a year (term time plus 1 week)
Salary Grade:  Hay 6, (points 20-27)

To work within our Headship Department from January 2017 providing an efficient, effective and responsive administrative service. The post holder will be responsible for providing clerking support for internal meetings and any other associated meetings as required.  

Responsibilities will include effective minute taking, typing and preparation of information packs for Headship and Governance Manager with development and maintenance of an effective administration function within the Headship office, and providing ad hoc office and reception support.

The successful candidate will have excellent administrative skills, initiative and personal efficiency. They will have previous experience of working in a busy, professional environment, outstanding ICT skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. 

They will need to be willing to work flexibly and be available to attend very occasional evening meetings. Experience of administration preferably in schools is desirable
