The Welldon Park Academy is a part of The Pegasus Partnership Trust which provides brilliant leaders with an operational support system to allow them to be bold, innovative and ambitious in their focus on children, inclusion, learning, curriculum and community. The bureaucracy and compliance of paperwork and admin is diligently managed by our Central Team.

The Associate Headteacher is an aspiring or established Senior Leader wanting to take the next step in leading their own school with a strong, established support system for school improvement.
