We are looking for a confident and inspiring leader to join our successful team and lead St Margaret’s in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.  St Margaret’s is a deeply committed Christian Church of England School and is one of three schools forming the Genesis Education Trust.

You will be:

• Able to provide vision, leadership and direction for the development of the school.

• Accountable for your own actions and the actions of your staff 

• Able to lead a culture that promotes excellence, equality and high expectations of all staff and pupils. 

• Skilled in monitoring and evaluating standards of attainment, learning and teaching   and able to create clear and imaginative action plans to ensure that all children reach their highest potential 

• An effective communicator with staff, parents/carers and the wider community
