Headteacher

Our current Headteacher is stepping down and the Governing Body is looking to appoint a strong educational leader with the capability and ambition to lead our school into the next phase of its journey.

Barnfield is a vibrant and multicultural school, where we strive to ensure all our pupils and staff are the best that they can be. We are incredibly passionate about our pupils reaching their potential and our staff are highly committed to teaching and providing ambitious learning opportunities to ensure this happens.

We also work hard to develop and support our staff and leaders and are committed to nurturing staff wellbeing and building a strong, cohesive team.

The successful candidate will;
