We are a happy, caring and vibrant oversubscribed school in Finchley, North London, with a strong Catholic ethos.

We wish to appoint a Headteacher who is inspirational, committed, highly motivated and will continue to lead the school in the pursuit of excellence in all areas.

We welcome applications from experienced leaders who are practicing Catholics with the ability to build on the strengths of the school and deliver the best possible learning outcomes for pupils.

We are seeking someone who:

• has the proven leadership skills, vision, passion and motivation to respond successfully to changes in primary education including creative collaboration with other schools and continually strives to raise standards and expectations in an already successful school;
• can provide confident and inspirational leadership for staff, pupils and the wider school community;
• has a strong belief that every child has unique gifts and can achieve his/her maximum potential;
• will maintain, develop and ensure the current safeguarding practices at the school;
• nurture relationships with our parents, governors and other key stakeholders.
