Berwick Middle School is a “Good” school (Ofsted 2013) for children from 9-13 years of age. We have high expectations of all our children, both in their learning and wider development. The successful candidate will:
Ø have experience as a Headteacher or senior leader and a track record of raising standards and achievement
Ø be passionate about teaching and learning and have a strong vision for delivering these
Ø be able to build and sustain successful relationships with children, staff, parents, governors and the broader community
Ø combine strategic clarity with great management skills
