Job overview

The Orchards Primary Academy seeks an inspirational, strong, effective leader with a proven record of impact and success to join the Partnership permanently or earlier if applicable from September 2024.

You will be ambitious for every child to achieve his or her full potential and have a strong sense of belonging and community. You will build on the school’s success and continue the constant drive for improvement in standards, achievements, and aspirations for our pupils. 

You will understand the principles of delivering an outstanding Curriculum provision and ensure the highest possible quality of teaching and learning is in place.

A good strategic and operational knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework are also required alongside the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire your staff to provide high quality learning experiences for your pupils. 

You will be supported by the Director of Education to continue with the forward momentum that is evident within the Academy. You will receive the support, challenge, belief, and encouragement of a successful, forward-thinking Partnership.
