The governors of Hodge Hill Girls’ School are seeking to appoint an inspirational headteacher to build on the undoubted strengths of the school and continue to provide strong and principled leadership to the entire community, “Educating Tomorrow’s Women Today”.

Hodge Hill Girls’ School is a multicultural, oversubscribed, 11-16 school with 752 pupils on roll. Our intake is fully comprehensive and as a community, we are driven by a determination to create the best possible opportunities, experiences and outcomes for our pupils, staff and the wider community.

We were inspected in March 2017 and judged as good in all categories with Personal Development, behaviour and welfare judged as outstanding. Our new Headteacher will lead with clarity, and integrity, inspiring others on our journey to outstanding.
