Headteacher

We are looking for an inspirational leader who:

• Is an innovative and creative leader who will build on our vision to transform outcomes for children at Holy Trinity;
• Will develop the unique talents of each child, encouraging their ambitions for success through a rich and inspiring curriculum that makes children want to learn;
• Is committed to promoting the Christian ethos within our inclusive school and its wider community;
• Builds strong relationships with parents as partners in educating their children;
• Has high expectations and will inspire, challenge and encourage staff to achieve the best outcomes for themselves and our children.

Due to the retirements of senior staff, the governors, staff and children of Holy Trinity are seeking to recruit a dynamic and inspirational professional to join and lead our team. (September 2017 or January 2018)

Holy Trinity is a collaborative partner in local teaching school alliances and works closely with the Local Authority, Blackburn Diocese and St Peter’s Church in Darwen
