Headteacher

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and inspirational head teacher with vision, skill and ambition to both lead the success of our growing community school and be influential in the development of the newly formed BONITAS multi academy trust.

Jennett’s Park Primary CE School was built in 2011 and accommodates a nursery and two form entry school at the heart of a new development within Bracknell Forest. As an integral part of the developing community, our school offers a caring, safe and inspiring place to learn for all ages and is also home to St. Francis and St. Clare Church. 

The Governors require a headteacher who will:

• Provide visionary, strong, clear and inclusive leadership and management 
• Demonstrate and drive rigour and clarity in leading sustained teaching and learning improvement throughout the school
• Embrace and develop the ethos of the school reflected in our Rainbow Promise
• Ensure every child is educated in line with their needs and aspirations
• Engage with, identify and develop opportunities as part of the Bonitas Trust
• Embody and promote a strong Christian character and demonstrate effective church school leadership.
