We are looking for a passionate and inspirational leader to join us on our journey to ‘outstanding’ 

Located in the north Bracknell countryside, Winkfield St Mary’s is ‘the small school with a big heart’. We are a caring, community oriented primary school passionate about inspiring, challenging and preparing our children for the future.

As an ambitious and successful school, we are now embarking upon the next stage of our journey from a ‘good’ to ‘outstanding’ school. To achieve this, we are seeking an innovative and inspirational leader who is both enthusiastic and engaging in their approach and will make an impact on pupil achievement in a positive and successful way.

Our next Headteacher will be one who has the passion and creativity to drive innovation whilst building on our past achievements at our successful one form entry school. Are you:
