Job overview

If you enjoy a challenge, are driven by moral purpose and want to make a significant difference to the lives of children and young people, then this is an opportunity that can’t be missed. You’ll be working with a team of like-minded leaders and a central team that have great ambition for all of our schools.

Eden Park High School is a thriving Free School in Bromley. Our core ethos is ‘to be the best you can be’ – this is underpinned by four guiding principles: Traditional Values, developing 21st Century Skills, Equality for All and Enrichment. Since opening in September 2017, we have taken great strides in establishing ourselves as an aspirational and popular school, in which innovation and collaboration are encouraged. Our dedicated staff team place great value on developing high quality relationships with students and embedding a culture of outstanding teaching and learning, ensuring our schooling offer stretches and inspires every student.

You will join us at a truly exciting time in our development. In 2022 we launch our Post-16 provision and we will have our first set of KS4 outcomes. As our new Headteacher, you’ll lead the next chapter of our growth, ensuring teaching and learning is at the heart of everything we do – and every decision we make. You’ll deliver rapid improvement and will coach, challenge and empower others to give their absolute best.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, you’ll be given every opportunity to work collaboratively with talented leaders across the entire E21C family to embed a shared culture of outstanding teaching and learning and nurture excellent relationships with students, staff and the entire community we are so proud to serve.

In return, we can offer you unparalleled support within an ambitious and growing organisation. You’ll be rewarded with a highly competitive salary but most importantly, the opportunity to carve out impactful practices in a fast-paced and nurturing environment.

To discuss this role in more depth, please contact Corrina O’Beirne, Phil Watt or Tom Giggal on 01273 222877 for a confidential discussion ‒ or email: E21C@propelo.co.uk

We look forward to hearing from you.

Education for the 21st Century is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
