We are looking to appoint a forward thinking and inspirational Head Teacher who will build upon the current success and achievements and drive forward our agenda of improving standards across Warboys Community Primary School.

We are in an exciting phase of our journey by joining Thomas Deacon Education Trust in summer 2019 and we are seeking a motivated and driven professional to work with the Trust and other Academy’s to share good practice and help the school improve and grow even further. We believe that by working together and supporting each other we can ensure Warboys Community Primary School will enable every child to achieve their best and become confident, enthusiastic and independent learners.

The successful candidate

• Will be passionate and driven to lead the school successfully
• Will have high expectations of all children
• Will have the wellbeing and achievements at the heart of the school. 
• Will be an inspirational leader to staff, children and parents.
• Will be able to motivate, support and influence staff to help deliver the schools vision.
• Will have a proven track record of significant school improvements and leadership experience.
