Job overview

Fleet Primary School is a happy and successful one-form entry community school in Camden. We are recruiting a new headteacher who can develop our strengths:

  • a creative and inclusive curriculum where learning is purposeful and responsive to children’s interests;
  • warm, open and cooperative relationships with parents and carers;
  • and a team-working approach that values our hard-working staff and the whole school community.

We are looking for a headteacher who is a strong, inspirational, motivated, organised and creative leader who shares our school’s values. Our headteacher will get to know our community, lead by example and build on our considerable successes.

Our children are well-behaved, enthusiastic and joyful learners who bring a wide range of cultures and experiences to school. We strive for high standards in all of our shared work - in the quality of learning and teaching, in our attention to needs, and in our commitment to developing every aspect of the children in our care.
