The Governors of Ysgol Gynradd Penygroes seek to appoint a motivated and dedicated practitioner to lead, inspire and challenge this successful and progressive Primary School

The Governors would welcome applicants who have the following:

• a clear vision for excellence in education and a passion about improving outcomes for children
• strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Has the ability to work successfully in partnership with pupils, staff, governors, parents and the community
• The successful applicant is expected to have a firm dedication towards the Welsh language and its culture, taking into consideration the history, tone and ethos of the school

The ability to work through the medium of Welsh and English is essential.

Applicants who are not serving Headteachers must hold the NPQH qualification.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
