The Governors of Ysgol Y Bryn seek to appoint a motivated and dedicated practitioner to lead, inspire and challenge this successful and progressive Primary School, which is on the threshold of an exciting new era.

The Governors would welcome applicants who have the following:

• a clear vision for excellence in education and a passion about improving outcomes for children
• strong leadership, management and communication skills
• Has the ability to work successfully in partnership with pupils, staff, governors, parents and the community
• The successful applicant is expected to have a firm commitment towards the Welsh language and its culture, taking into consideration the history, tone and ethos of the school

Applicants who are not serving Headteachers must hold the NPQH qualification.

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be requested for this post.
