We are looking for a talented and inspirational leader to build on our vision for this well- regarded and welcoming village school serving the parish of Campton and Chicksands. The majority of the intake is from service families who live and work inside the Joint Intelligence Training Group, Chicksands. Postings here are typically for two years, but this high mobility does not impact on the excellent results of the school.

We need you to inspire our teaching and non-teaching team to maintain our high levels of progress and attainment while ensuring teaching, behaviour and safety continue to be rated outstanding by all who observe them. A highly visible and approachable presence for the school community, you will uphold the ethos of our thriving, vibrant and happy school while developing creativity, innovation and the use of learning technologies.

About you

Energetic, enthusiastic and ambitious, you will have the tenacity to take our achievements and build on them. An excellent classroom practitioner, able to work across a wide age range, you will be committed to team work and collaboration. It is likely that you will currently be part of the senior leadership team in a primary or lower school, and will be looking to develop your skills and experience and achieve NPQH at our unique and successful school.
