The Governors and Staff of Trewirgie Infants’ are looking for a leader who is ready to navigate our school skilfully through the next chapter of our school’s development, working with our committed and hardworking team.

We want a head teacher who:

• holds and articulates clear vision with a moral purpose and a strong community ethos;
• is an innovative thinker with extensive knowledge of educational theory and an enthusiasm for discussing and implementing ideas to achieve the best outcomes for the school and its pupils aged 3 to 7;
• is an outstanding practitioner and role model;
• is a visible and approachable leader who has the ability to foster strong relationships with all our stakeholders
• is committed to the inclusion and support of vulnerable children
• has the drive to raise standards building on strengths and addressing weaknesses through an innovative and inspiring curriculum.

• children who are curious, creative and eager to learn;
• reflective and forward thinking staff who are fully committed to the school improvement and its pupils;
• a fully supportive, motivated and highly skilled governing body.
