Redruth School is one of the most successful schools in Cornwall, currently with an Ofsted rating of ‘good’ with some excellent features. Following the decision by our Headteacher to step down after 12 years of outstanding service we are now looking to appoint an exceptional and highly aspirational leader who can continue our journey to ‘outstanding’.

• have excellent leadership and management skills to deliver outcomes with compromising the wellbeing of staff and students
• be an excellent communicator with the interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
