Headteacher

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious headteacher to join our new academy, Castle Hill Academy. 

We are an ambitious school and a new member academy (since September 2017) of the Platanos Trust, a growing and high-performing academy trust. It is just the place for talented, ambitious individuals to further their career and make their mark. 

Castle Hill Academy is a rapidly improving school under the Platanos Trust, with various provision including Early Years and an Enhanced Learning Provision. Since September 2017 pupils have made rapid gains in their learning and this is reflected in the school’s latest SATs results. 

Drawing on your skills and expertise in the curriculum, you will play an active role in the school and the Trust’s vision and lead the school to an outstanding status. Castle Hill Academy resides in an engaging community and the school is keen to develop strong community links to further support its growth and improvement supported by its highly competent teachers and support staff.
