The Governors of Norman Street Primary School are seeking to appoint a motivated, dedicated and caring Headteacher.

The children say ‘We are like a big family because everyone knows everyone. Learning is good; we can learn inside and outside. We have a voice, as the school councillors listen to us’. 

At our last Ofsted Inspection in 2018, Norman Street Primary School were judged as ‘Good’. 50048501 (ofsted.gov.uk)

As such, we are looking for an inspiring and enthusiastic headteacher who will continue to lead a happy, successful, and safe school and who is committed to:

• Keeping the school at the heart of the community, encouraging high aspirations for all
• Provides high quality education to facilitate independent and collaborative learning in a safe environment
• Creates wider opportunities and broader experiences to enable the development of self-awareness and understanding of our impact on the wider world
• Demonstrates confident and astute leadership at all times
