Headteacher

Group 2 Salary Range: 13-21* 

Are you looking for a once in a lifetime opportunity to open a brand new purpose built, forward-looking Church of England primary school in the heart of the rapidly growing Monksmoor Park development, set to the north east of Daventry?

The governors would like to appoint an outstanding Headteacher who has a proven track record of sustained improvement within the Primary Sector. You will need to have experience of successful headship or acting headship and be able to demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for creating a brand new church school community within a deeply Christian environment.

You will:

• have an inspiring Christian vision for the leadership of a church school
• have a ‘can do’ mentality and a commitment to making a difference to the life chances of each child, leading them in sharing God’s love
• have the ability to build, lead, inspire and motivate a team of staff 
•  have an innovative and creative approach
