Due to the retirement of our Headteacher, we are looking for an inspirational leader with a clear vision for the continued development of our successful and popular school.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who:

• Is committed to excellence in teaching and learning.
• Can lead and inspire a committed team of staff.
• Is able to demonstrate drive, ambition and vision linked to strong leadership and management skills
• Can build excellent relationships with young people, staff, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Will help young people enjoy their learning while realising their full potential.
• Will value our pupils and take pride in their achievements.
• Will have high expectations of pupils’ behaviour.
• Can further develop a culture where everyone’s contribution is valued and individuals are encouraged to succeed.
• Understands the principles and values of a fully inclusive approach.
