The governors wish to appoint an inspirational, committed and effective Headteacher to help create and deliver a clear vision for the further development of our school.

The Headteacher we are looking for will be:

• Capable of leading the school through the challenges associated with significant improvement.
• Committed to developing all staff through effective coaching, continued development and empowerment.
• Able to support positive relationships and be an excellent communicator with pupils, parents, governors and the wider community.
• Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of strategic and financial planning and management.

We will provide a cohesive and unified team of governors, who have diverse and relevant skills to enhance the school, along with a team of excellent teaching and non-teaching staff who continually strive to improve and are open to new and innovative solutions.
