You will have a proven track record in leadership and school improvement. You will be passionate about the academic and pastoral progress of our students, wanting to lead our community forward building on our ethos and values. As our Headteacher you will ensure that our vision is consistently communicated across our community and that it is well understood, enabling our values to be central to our continued progress and growth.
