Carcroft Primary is a warm and welcoming school situated at the heart of a former mining village with a strong sense of community. There are 329 pupils on roll including a 52 place nursery. Little Oaks Nursery, an outstanding private pre-school, is also on site.

Carcroft Primary has benefitted from recent significant refurbishment providing a modern and enabling learning environment for pupils and staff.

We are proud of our recent improvement in achievement and are seeking a leader who will continue to drive the school forward on its journey to becoming a good school.
