The Consortium Academy Trust is looking to appoint a Headteacher at Holderness who will have strategic responsibility for the leadership and management of teaching and learning and to ensure all students have access to outstanding learning experiences.
The Headteacher will be appointed by a formal Selection Committee who will hold a candidate review meeting shortly after the closing date with shortlisted candidates being notified thereafter. Holderness Academy and Sixth Form College is a large comprehensive school with 1287 students on roll, including 169 in the Sixth Form. The Academy is situated in East Riding of Yorkshire and located in the small village of Preston – a village which dates back before the Domesday Book. It sits six miles to the East of Hull and one mile from the town of Hedon.
