This is an exciting opportunity for our new Headteacher to join a talented and experienced teaching team in a strong performing Outstanding school. The new Headteacher will have the full support of the Governing Board to continuously drive standards and deliver our vision.

Our vision is to inspire our children to love learning, to give them the confidence to contribute to the local community and the wider world and to equip them with the skills to live a happy, healthy and fulfilling life.

We are a welcoming and inclusive school where children are well behaved and enjoy their learning. Our parents and community are very supportive of the school and we are lucky to be so close in proximity to our church where we hold wonderful services and celebrations throughout the year with the children. We are looking for a Headteacher who has proven previous experience of leadership at a senior level, who is passionate about primary education and the development of children to maximise their potential, and who will constantly strive to ensure the school is the best it can be.

You will be able to:

  • Successfully build and manage relationships with all stakeholders
  • Share your passion for lifelong learning with staff and children
  • Ensure an outstanding quality of teaching and learning across the school, with the aim of driving attainment and achievement across all key stages
  • Continuously strengthen the leadership and management of the school through collaborative approaches
  • Role model and encourage positive behaviours.

In return, you will have a supportive, dedicated and ambitious team around them who are passionate about maintaining our outstanding educational provision.
