Our maxim, “You can do it.  You can fly” applies to staff as well as children and demonstrates our insistent, positive ‘can do’ approach in what we believe is an exciting and inspiring place to work, play and learn.

Keys Meadow was a founding school in Attigo Academy Trust which was created for member schools to work in partnership whilst maintaining their autonomy and unique qualities. We celebrate the diversity and individuality of each community. Our Trust embraces inclusion and aims to achieve excellence for all. We ensure that our children have outstanding learning experiences and put opportunity for every child at the heart of everything we do. Our Trust is committed to working together for the well-being of all by investing in our community.

  • the ability to adapt to an ever changing educational world
  • the skills to be an excellent communicator with parents, pupils, staff and the wider community
  • the ability to be a leader of learning who will promote a positive attitude in staff and pupils
  • the ability to embrace the Trust’s vision and work alongside other Headteachers in the Trust to improve outcomes for all pupils across each of the schools

We can offer:

  • a supportive environment to develop and grow your skills, strengths and leadership

  • a committed experienced group of Local Governors, Members and Trustees

  • the opportunity to innovate and be forward thinking
  • a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and safety of our children and expect all staff to share this commitment. All candidates are required to complete the school’s ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’ declaration and the disclosure and barring (DBS) check.
