Leadership Range, L6 – L12 (£44,544 - £51,639 pa)

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious, motivated and dynamic Headteacher to lead Finstock CE Primary School through its exciting next phase of growth and continue the progress that has previously been made.  The Headteacher will lead the school and will also have some dedicated teaching hours per week. We are happy to receive applications from those who will be first time Headteachers and we will support and encourage your development into the role. Finstock’s position within the Mill Academy means that this position enables the job-holder to provide expertise across the other academies as their experience grows. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the Trust’s Executive Team to support the facilitation of school improvement activity across our family of schools.

Working Hours: Full-time (part-time considered).
