The Governors are seeking to appoint an ambitious Headteacher (or an aspiring Headteacher with a proven outstanding track record) to inspire and lead this committed school community to even greater success.

The successful candidate will be someone who:

• is a motivated and passionate senior leader with significant experience looking for an opportunity to further their career;
• is an inspirational and strong leader able to create a culture of excellence, leading to outstanding outcomes for all pupils;
• can raise the quality of teaching and learning in order to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential and becomes ‘secondary ready’.

The school, located in Goodmayes with easy access to the new Elizabeth Line (Crossrail), is proud of its culturally rich and diverse community and facilities, including extensive playing fields.
