Governors are looking for a practising Catholic Head Teacher who is enthusiastic, able to adapt to changing circumstances, provide new ideas as well as maintain and further enrich our extraordinary school with its imaginative approach to education and unique learning environment.

 

We are looking for:

  • An effective senior leader who has excellent management and organisational skills.
  • A Head Teacher who can use their experience of working with governors to achieve high standards of teaching and learning whilst enjoying working and developing a unique learning environment
  • A leader with sound, up-to date knowledge of developments in education, teaching and learning, assessment, best practice and academy development who can inspire and challenge an excellent team
  • The candidate should have a knowledge and understanding of the role of the Governing Body in a Catholic School
  • A person who can provide a sense of community in the school, where each individual is recognised as being created in the image and likeness of God
  • A leader who can maintain positive relationships with parents, the local parish and with other individuals and agencies associated with the school
