The Governors, staff and children of Fairfields School are looking for an aspirational and inspirational headteacher for this school where “leadership, achievement of pupils, quality of teaching, behaviour and safety of pupils, leadership and management” are all “good” (Ofsted 2013). Opened in 1887, Fairfields is a popular two form entry primary school in the heart of Basingstoke.

We are looking for an enthusiastic headteacher to build on the success of recent years and lead our team to a great future with:
