We seek an inspiring and dedicated Head Teacher to lead our wonderful Nursery School and Children’s Centre.

Rowland Hill is a thriving nursery school based in North East Tottenham where learning environments have been developed to a high standard to provide young children with a curriculum that fosters their curiosity, agency, risk taking, resilience and creativity.

This post offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced or aspiring leader to further develop their career and shape the future of this exciting nursery, children’s centre and training consortium. You will be supported by a strong leadership team and a highly creative staff team.

We are seeking a Head Teacher who:

• Is able to develop a clear strategic vision for the future of our Nursery School, Children’s Centre and Training Consortium
• Is passionate about high quality Early Years Education and is committed to continuous improvement of standards, achievement and wellbeing throughout the school
• Has a commitment to inclusive education and can build strong relationships with our wonderful and diverse range of children, staff and parents/carers.
• Will lead, motivate, develop  and inspire staff to enable the best outcomes for all children
• Can exercise strategic curriculum and financial planning to ensure that budgets and resources are utilised in the best interests of achievement and  the school’s sustainability
• Has excellent communication and people skills; with the ability to build and lead effective staff teams, positively engage with parents/carers and wider stakeholder groups in the community
• Demonstrates a commitment to collaborative work maximising the effective relationship between the Haringey Nursery schools and the Training Consortium.
