Roxbourne Primary School is a school embedded in the heart of the local community. The Board of Governors seek an inspirational and highly-motivated individual in leading the school on its journey towards ‘Outstanding’ alongside ourselves and other senior leaders.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with drive, vision and extensive senior leadership experience. The successful candidate will lead this inclusive, supportive, ambitious school as it continues its transformation, bringing stability, creativity, and high expectations to a hard-working team and diverse community.

As well as a proven track record in school improvement and safeguarding, strong communication skills, strengths in engaging with and inspiring and motivating staff along with pupils, and the wider community are essential to the success of this role.
