Headteacher

The James Oglethorpe Primary School is looking to appoint an ambitious Headteacher with a track record of leadership, vision and commitment to lead the school in the next stage of its journey and build upon our strong foundations and ‘Good’ rating in Ofsted June 2023 with ‘Outstanding’ in Behaviour and Attitudes.

This will include promoting positive relationships, high aspirations for all and a focus on developing the ‘whole child’, whilst building on our three core values of Aspiration, Integrity and Identity. Our school provides a secure and stimulating environment in which our children are happy, well behaved and eager learners who exhibit pride in themselves. The school community are dedicated and highly motivated to provide a world class education for our children.
