Due to the planned retirement of our longstanding Headteacher, the Governors of Hounslow Town wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational person to lead our school. We are seeking applications from current Headteachers looking to take their career to the next level, but will also welcome applications from highly experienced Deputy Heads.

This is a particularly exciting time to be joining Hounslow Town. We are expanding to five forms of entry and are looking forward to moving to a new bespoke school building in September 2018. As Headteacher, leading and working with your talented senior leadership team and supported by committed governors, you will have the vision to be able to maximise the opportunities this presents to create an inspiring teaching and learning environment.

Our new Headteacher will have excellent leadership skills, with strong evidence of strategic vision and planning. You will be committed to ensuring the welfare and wellbeing of the whole school community and demonstrate an inclusive approach towards the teaching and learning of all pupils.

You will lead on developing our exciting and creative school curriculum to ensure the quality of teaching and raising attainment and progress are key priorities.
