The Campus:

The OneSchool Global Kenley Campus residential suburb within the London Borough of Croydon. It is located 13 miles south of Charing Cross and within the southern boundary of London, England. Integrated with the latest educational technology supporting the ability to teach in a future-proof innovative space, the Campus thrives, having vibrant teaching areas for both primary and secondary students. We take pride in our small school atmosphere, providing personalised attention to our 124 students from Year 3 to Year 12.


The Position:

We are looking for a leader of exceptional calibre and character to lead the Kenley team on a full time, permanent basis. We are looking for a forward thinking, highly motivated and truly inspirational practitioner who has a passion for developing the leaders of our future and ensuring every student realises their potential.

Commencing as soon as possible, with responsibility to support the day-to-day management and professional leadership of the Kenley Campus, he/she will ensure curriculum delivery focusing on the student as a self-directed learner and the implementation of the school's policies and programs and the provision of pastoral care. Reporting to the Regional Principal and supported by an experienced Executive Team with expert and high-level support in the areas of Curriculum, Administration, HR, Finance, ICT, Property and WHS, you will be a key member of the senior educational leadership team, providing educational and academic leadership to staff and students.


About You:

If you possess previous leadership experience, for example, as an Assistant / Deputy Headteacher, campus leader or an equivalent level in curriculum development or teaching and learning, and you thrive, with energy, on change and innovation and always want to see better outcomes, then this role is for you.

About OneSchool Global UK Kenley Campus

OneSchool Global UK Kenley Campus was established in newly built premises in 2005 in Carshalton. The Senior School has now relocated to the newly refurbished premises in Kenley, due to continual expansion over the years. Since inception, the school has pursued a programme of continual development and improvement, resulting in a well-proven centre of educational achievement. It has a strong Christian ethos. As a registered school and exam centre, it gives students the opportunity to fulfil their potential with a high standard of learning being reflected in nationally accredited exam results. Special educational needs are specifically provided for by specialist staff using accepted therapies.
