Egerton is a truly unique and aspirational school community.  We are looking for a visionary and strategic Headteacher who will take our popular primary to the next level.

You will be an ambitious, outward looking leader with an interest in being at the forefront of our local collaboration, building links and strengthening relationships with other local schools and beyond.

With your proven track record of raising standards and excellent communication skills, you will set and deliver high expectations for all. Our learners are inquisitive and our staff dedicated – you will challenge, lead and inspire them to achieve their full potential.

We are always looking for fresh ideas, and you, together with our supportive governing body and school community, will implement your vision, building upon Egerton’s successes, defining the future direction of the school and taking full advantage of opportunities as they arise.

Our school’s embedded human values are driven by our Christian faith and permeate our well-resourced learning environment.  Based in the heart of Kent, Egerton has close links to the M20, with good access to Ashford International and the fast link to St Pancras.

Join our community, bring your vision, and take us to the leading edge of primary provision.
