Due to the forthcoming retirement of our longstanding and successful Headteacher, there is a unique and exciting opportunity for the Governing Body to appoint an inspirational and dynamic professional to join and lead our talented and committed team from April 1st 2017.

We are looking for a HT who will:

• Show imaginative leadership in order to make a positive impact.
• Be a strong and visible presence within our school;
• Maintain and drive the high standards within our outstanding school;
• Have a passion for education and learning and be able to secure the aspirational dreams we have for our children.
• Demonstrate a genuine interest and compassion for pupils, staff, parents and families within the community;
• Have excellent communication, management and inter-personal skills and will relate equally well to pupils, parents and staff;
• Show commitment to working in partnership with governors, staff, parents, the local community and key partners.
