Liverpool Music Support Service, Resonate Music Education Hub, is based in the school and operates under the school’s governance and management.

Following the retirement of our former Headteacher after 32 years of inspirational leadership, the Governors and students at Notre Dame Catholic College are now seeking an outstanding leader.

At our most recent Ofsted inspection in January 2019, the school was judged as requiring improvement.   However, summer results have shown a significant improvement and we are now looking for someone to sustain  and further improve this.

We Are Looking For

• an imaginative, inspirational and distributive approach to school leadership

• a sustained record of success at a senior level in education

• an understanding of the challenges of serving an inner-city area

• an enthusiasm for collaborative working with a range of partners

In Return We Can Offer You

  • a state of the art building with first class facilities, including a bespoke dance and drama studio, 3G astroturf pitch,  hi-tech science labs,  bespoke ICT suites, state of the art recording studio, amongst many other modern facilities
  • the opporunity to become part of our friendly and supportive family
  • the opportunity to make a different to shape the role into your own vision to shape and make a difference to our students' lives

The school would welcome applications from a suitably experienced Deputy Headteacher looking for their first headship or an experienced Headteacher looking for a new challenge and opportunity to work in an inner-city school.

We are also at the centre of our community. This is a school where you can make a real difference.

In 2019, the secondary school was identified as requires improvement by Ofsted.  However our summer results have demonstrated significant progress, providing a solid platform for maintaining our momentum towards improving outcomes for our pupils.
