About the School

As we continue our journey of improvement the Governors are now ready to appoint a new Headteacher with proven leadership skills who can offer strategic, creative and innovative direction to further enhance the educational provision for our children and to nurture and develop the pupils' lively and enquiring minds. Through our mission statement we aim to demonstrate that we are: 'A Catholic community centred on God's love.'

About the Role

We are looking for a Hadteacher who:

• Is a committed practising Catholic with a sound understanding of the distinctive nature of Catholic education
• Has a passion for education and the knowledge, vision and skills to build on our significant progress to date
• Has a strong grasp of strategic planning as well as having effective communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Leads by example and has high expectations of attainment, progress and behaviour
• Promotes high expectations and will help our children to thrive in a culture that builds resilience and a positive attitude to learning
• Believes that only the best is good enough
