The governors of Wenlock VA Church of England Junior School (Luton) are looking for an experienced leader whose leadership, commitment, enthusiasm and high expectations will build on our existing strengths and achievements.

We are looking for:

• A practising Christian or someone in full sympathy with the Anglican and wider Christian foundation and ethos of the school
• A commitment to excellence in teaching, pupil learning and staff development
• A positive attitude and the ability to inspire, empower and lead as part of a team
• Highly effective interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain active communication with parents, neighbouring schools and the wider community
• The creativity and imagination to flourish our strong emphasis on values
• The ability to analyse school data and think strategically and creatively in order to lead the school forward
