Following the retirement of our Headteacher, Governors are seeking a skilled and visionary Headteacher capable of driving the highest standards in Teaching and Learning.

We are proud to work with friendly, hardworking students and supportive families. Staff are dedicated and ambitious to further raise standards. The school is a diverse and dynamic learning community benefitting from outstanding facilities provided through the Building Schools for the Future scheme.

The Governors are seeking to appoint a Headteacher who will:

• Have a clear and consistent focus on driving progress
• Be passionate about realising students’ potential, maintaining our vision to create lifelong learners, enabling them to succeed in their personal and professional lives
• Inspire and empower staff to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning and embed excellence at every level
• Be an exceptional leader’ able to articulate a clear vision for the organisation and management of the school and one who has the resilience to ensure that it is successfully implemented.
