St Paul’s is a mixed, comprehensive, Roman Catholic secondary school situated in Newall Green, Manchester. Operating under the Diocese of Shrewsbury, St Paul’s is part of the multi-academy Wythenshawe Catholic Academy Trust (WCAT), which also supports three local schools at primary level. Slightly smaller than the average secondary school, it will provide 900 places for pupils aged 11-16, when fully subscribed.

The school reopened as an academy in March 2013.

Values and Vision

St Paul's uses the mission statement "Journeying together with Jesus Christ, we learn to love and love to learn". It aims to educate the whole child, forming their character by teaching values and virtues as much as knowledge and skills. The school has strong links with a number of local schools, its fellow WCAT schools and the Manchester Catholic Education Partnership.

The school takes pride in its modern Catholic ethos, its passion for teaching and its community atmosphere.
