RISE Education caters for secondary school aged learners who have social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

We are a student centred school embracing the diversity and differences of all our students. We are seeking to appoint staff, who are dedicated to support students access an exciting and engaging curriculum to develop and secure skills for life and promote overall development.

We aim to create a nurturing educational environment where learning through exploration, engagement, and meaningful experiences comes to life. It is important that staff understand each child’s unique and complex needs so that they can plan and deliver student centred learning journeys.

We aim to make learning irresistible in our school by making it exciting, functional, and relevant to our students.

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional, dynamic, and inspirational Headteacher who has a proven track record of initiating, managing and leading effective change. Your high level of professional values and educational philosophy will ensure that RISE Education School makes sustained improvements in all areas. You will have the commitment and aspiration for our students and staff to reach their full potential and have a commitment to the attainment and achievement of greater levels of independence for students who have complex needs.

Candidates will be committed to the collaboration and effective partnership working required to secure innovative personalised learning pathways for students with complex learning profiles and have an exceptional appreciation of student-centred approaches. You will be a highly motivated leader who is committed to implementing significant and sustained improvements across the organisation. Someone who is enthusiastic to see all our student’s flourish in a safe, and welcoming learning environment.
