Lakes Academies Trust  has an opportunity for an inspirational Headteacher based at Knowles Primary School,  Milton Keynes.

Lakes Academies Trust consists of two primary schools located within Milton Keynes and as the Trust evolves we are looking to strengthen strategic and operational leadership capacity across our academies.

As an outstanding practitioner and passionate leader you will work closely with other senior leaders within the Trust to continue our journey in accelerating the progress of our children.

You must have:

  • Leadership experience and a proven track record of outstanding practice.
  • The ability to always put children first.
  • A problem solving approach.
  • The skills needed to work collaboratively with other staff and be motivational.
  • A commitment to professional development, be reflective and act upon feedback.
  • The ability to engage with the wider community without being judgemental.
  • A sense of humour and a work/life balance.
