The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding headteacher to lead our primary school from September 2024. With over 600 pupils on roll, this is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to lead a large and diverse primary school brimming with character and charm.
Staff and Governors work together to provide the children with a purposeful learning environment and one in which they feel happy and secure.
We are looking for a person with:
- An experienced track record of first-class leadership with high attainment and progress for all pupils
- Energy, enthusiasm and a commitment to inclusion, safeguarding and the welfare of all pupils
- The ability to provide effective structures that continually improve standards and build on our successes
- An outward looking, solution focused attitude, who understands the strength of working in partnership at every level.
